Eastern Indonesia is indeed well-known for its exotic sea and unexplored natural beauty. Tanjung Bira restaurant stands out for its daily offerings of airflown seafood from Tanjung Bira, inspiring me to incorporate an adventurous journey theme into the design.
The menu book takes on a storytelling approach, featuring illustrations, photographs, and maps reminiscent of an adventurer’s journal filled with unforgettable experiences, thrilling adventures, and mouthwatering dishes. The goal is for customers to savor ‘the scenery’ of white sands and stunning beaches in Tanjung Bira while enjoying freshly caught seafood.
I took on the role of director of photography and the food stylist during the photo sessions with my photography team, and it was a lot of hard work due to the extensive menu. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the excellent results.
